The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other national data protection laws as well as other data protection regulations is:

2. General Information on Data Processing

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I process your personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website and my content and services. Personal data is generally only processed if you consent to the processing or if the processing is permitted by law.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). When you access this website, IONOS automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These include:

  • Pages visited on our domain
  • Date and time of the server request
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Hostname of the accessing device

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website – for this purpose, server log files must be collected.

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. This data is not combined with other data sources.

For more information, see the IONOS Privacy Policy .

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.

5. Fonts (Self-Hosted)

This website uses the "Inter" typeface for a uniform display of fonts. The font files are hosted locally on the web server and are served directly from this website. No connection to external servers (e.g. Google) is established. No data is transmitted to third parties.

6. Contact

By Email

If you contact me by email, your details from the inquiry, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not share this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data you transmit when contacting me will remain with me until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

7. Cookies

This website does not use any cookies. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or other cookies are stored on your device.

8. Analytics Tools and Advertising

This website does not use any analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and no advertising measures are employed. There is no tracking of your user behaviour.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the applicable legal conditions, you have the following rights:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by me.
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request the correction of inaccurate or the completion of your personal data stored by me.
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the deletion of your personal data stored by me, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for reasons of public interest.
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller.
  • Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object at any time to the processing of your personal data if the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.
  • Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You have the right to withdraw a previously given consent at any time with effect for the future.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for me is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
